Hi, I’m Carmen Oropesa — founder of &CO.
&CO started with a simple question I kept coming back to: why do some brands feel clear and compelling, while others don’t? I’ve always been interested in how people connect with ideas, stories, and the meaning behind what they see. That interest led me to study communication, digital media, and brand strategy.
At the same time, I began taking on small projects on the side, helping friends and local brands shape their message and build their identity. What started as a few freelance projects gradually grew into something more serious. I realized I didn’t just want to execute ideas — I wanted to build something thoughtful, intentional, and lasting. That’s how &CO came to life.
Today, &CO is where all of that comes together. We help brands find their direction, tell their story, and communicate with confidence — always rooted in strategy and always focused on real human connection.
Why &CO?
When I chose the name &CO, I wanted something that felt personal, but not singular.
My name (Carmen Oropesa) is at the center of the work, but no project is ever just about me. Every brand I work with becomes part of the process — their story, their goals, their people, their decisions. The work only makes sense when it’s built together.
&CO represents that relationship:
- me, and the business.

It’s a reminder that strong brands are never created in isolation — they’re shaped through partnership, trust, and shared direction.
